This recipe looks delicious! I recognize my Mom’s printing on this card but I do not remember ever trying these Fruit Squares before. The recipe reminds me of the Jam Tarts we always loved except these are made as a square and instead of using regular pie pastry they have a shortbread bottom. My Nana was always an amazing baker – she made the best pastry – which is probably why we didn’t see other types of bottoms and bases in our pies and squares. This is on my must try this year list!
