If you are looking for a quick no-bake recipe to make for a party, or family gathering (and no one has peanut allergies!) this one will work in a pinch. Using a double boiler, something my Nana bought me for a wedding gift, you melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips together and then toss in the other ingredients. Chocolate Peanut Clusters Recipe

Ingredients

6 oz package of chocolate chips

6-oz package of butterscotch chips

1-cup chow mien dry noodles

1-cup of peanuts

Directions

Put the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in the top pot, of a double boiler pot set, to melt slowly.

Add 1-cup of peanuts and 1-cup of chow mien dry noodles. Mix together gently but thoroughly. Drop the melted mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Allow the clusters to set.
